With six en suite ground floor bedrooms that can be fitted with single, double or dormitory style beds, we can create your perfect arrangement. Easy ground floor access for disabled or for those that find climbing stairs a bit harder, and a chairlift to the upper floor lounge, dinning room and an excellent, fully equipped, wood and granite kitchen. We will even come in and cook for you. (see Barn)

In easy reach of the coasts and towns as well as The Eden Project (10 minutes and easy access) - an ideal holiday location (see Directions). Also, for the more seriously minded there is Brenny Common conservation area and Helman Tor Neolithic Site. Close to the Saint's Way and a Cycling Trail as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House(NT) - something for everyone?
