ACCOMMODATION

Centrally situated, this newly renovated cosy two bedroomed cottage makes an ideal base for touring all corners of the county. It will accommodate up to 4 people with one double bedded room and the second bedroom has twin zip beds available which can be zipped together to make a king sized bed. From the upstairs living room patio doors open out onto the veranda from where there are panoramic views out across the valley, towards Breney Common and Helman Tor where you can watch the rising sun and eat alfresco. The cottage has its own parking area and garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer section, (additional small freezer in play shed opposite cottage). The cottage boasts an Aqua massage spa bath and king sized bed for that extra special get away. There is central heating and an electric log fire.

For those with young families there is a cot and high chair available. All the normal facilities are in place and all linen is provided.

There is also a free video loan system to go with the video, DVD, colour television and music system. It is less than 10 minutes from both Eden and the A30, for those wishing to visit the Eden project we can get advance entrance tickets which will also reduce the time spent queuing.

In the high season the cottage is rented Saturday to Saturday, we will consider other start dates and periods during the rest of the year - contact us for details.

This traditional cottage adjoins the original farm cottage, both built with cob walls and slate roofs.
