Groups of 12 or more (16 during school holidays), sole use and option to self cater: Our prices stay the same all year round. Adults are £21 per night and children/students £19 per night. Minimum sole use charge £252 per night. Weekend bookings are limited to two nights and bank holidays, three nights. Summer holidays, Christmas and the New Year, are week long bookings only. All bed linen, but not towels, is included.
